theres a review from someone who had chef christian do a birthday dinner for 12 people and they raved about the patatas bravas and octopus, plus an arugula beet salad w a goat cheese surprise on top lol. another client has used them two years running for bigger events and says they bring their own team so you dont have to worry about logistics at all. also a group of friends had him cook at their boulder vrbo and said he was great about explaining every dish and kept wine glasses full. no prices listed anywhere though
