Contract and deposit required to start the group detailing process, with a 30-day detailing window opening for groups booking more than 45 days out. Self-parking is $19/night for guests. No published nightly or block rate found anywhere.
Their FAQ page lays out actual booking and contract logistics for groups, which is more than most properties publish. Once a signed contract and deposit are in, the hotel starts a detailing process, and for groups booking more than 45 days out that detailing window opens about 30 days before the first meeting day. Meeting room wifi is billed separately through an outside AV vendor, not included the way guestroom wifi is. No block-specific room rate is listed, so that part still needs a direct call.

read a bunch of reviews on this one and the front desk staff keep getting singled out as genuinely great, like top notch friendly across multiple reviews. downside though, housekeeping apparently doesn't come every day unless you specifically ask, and more than one person mentioned a little pink mold in the shower grout and the ac not getting properly cold in summer. one reviewer needed a first floor room for a medical situation and got told on the phone they had one, then showed up and there wasn't one, so if you're booking rooms for older relatives or anyone with mobility needs id call twice to confirm. no block pricing anywhere that i could find, so you'd have to ask
