Trailborn Rocky Mountains

A thread on r/EstesPark describes a couple trying to set up a room block here for about a hundred wedding guests, and the hotel reportedly went quiet on them mid coordination. Another commenter on the same post said working with Trailborn for their wedding has not been fun and would not recommend it. No rate information came up anywhere in that discussion.

Found a reddit thread from a couple trying to set up a room block for around 100 wedding guests, and the hotel apparently stopped responding partway through the process. A separate commenter said they were currently working with Trailborn for their own wedding and called it not fun, would not recommend. Google reviews are split too, one guest was furious that an advertised paid room upgrade package did not actually exist, but a June 2026 review loved the lake and creek views and said staff were sweet and helpful.

this is one of those new trailborn properties and tbh their site barely has any info, no room rates or block stuff listed anywhere. reviews are pretty mixed lol, one person loved the mule deer and elk right on site and said the lake and creek were a short walk away, staff were sweet. worth a look but go in with low expectations on getting anything concrete online

-1 star review said they booked the fall in love upgrade 2 months out and the site advertised it but staff said it does not exist -another review from october called the stay underwhelming, said maintenance and training need work but the bartender was a bright spot -5 star review from june loved it, saw mule deer, elk and a bear on site, said rooms were clean and staff were sweet
