-catering arm of nolia restaurant (louisiana/continental/european scratch kitchen) -one wedding review did their indian fusion menu w/ a pani puri bar as the highlight -another client said nolia opened early & gave them the whole restaurant space even though hours had changed, unprompted -staff (lily, grant + team) got called out by name for being easy to work with, even made off menu gumbo for a guest craving it mid meal
