found a review complaining their room was super hot and maintenance came twice but never really fixed it, though they said staff were amazing regardless lol. another review mentioned having to get their electronic keys reprogrammed five times over a five night stay which sounds annoying. on the plus side a bunch of 5 star reviews rave about the rooftop pool, the destination fee giving back hotel credit plus a free dessert and a half price drink at the bar, so it's not all bad
