-a reddit thread on colorado holiday inn blocks describes a case (different property) where an ownership change led to guests being told no rooms were available, so get everything from this hotel in writing -general reddit advice for co blocks: most don't fill as anticipated, be careful with attrition clauses -a 4 star review called this location understaffed for the amount of visitors, worth keeping in mind for a big wedding weekend -no rate or block terms published so this is a direct call situation

No wedding block info anywhere, going off reviews. Paid breakfast and parking came up more than once as an annoyance.
one review said the water pressure in the shower was basically nothing and the sink barely drained, plus you have to pay for breakfast (self serve but with real plates so still a bit of a wait) and there's no juice, they said flat out its not worth it. counterpoint from another reviewer who loved the hot tub, its big, has jets, open til midnight and was basically empty when they went at 11pm on a weeknight, plus the indoor pool is heated and toasty. seems like a solid basecamp for durango stuff but manage expectations on the extras.
