No block rate, minimum, or attrition terms sourced anywhere for this property; a 3 star review cited paying $350+/night with no free parking included, useful as a rough nightly ballpark; block terms would come from the hotel's group sales desk.
-no published room block info found on their site or anywhere -reviews put nightly rate around $350+ on a bad night, no free parking -reviews also mention a strong rooftop bar & restaurant, central downtown location -no wedding block terms sourced, would need to call group sales directly
A review put a room at $350+/night
no formal block rate or discount found, a guest review cites $350+ a night with parking charged separately, ballroom and meeting event space exists per reviews so ask group sales about a block for a wedding weekend
Review roundup: - Rate: one review pegs it at $350+/night with NO free parking included - Event space: ballrooms and meeting space get name checked in a review recommending the rooftop for corporate parties - Staff: a bartender named Ryan and a housekeeper named Fabiola both got called out by name in reviews - Knock: a 3 star review says rooms felt basic for the price and mentioned hair on the floor

No block pricing published; the only nightly figure found came from a review mentioning $350+ per night with no free parking, so that is a rough general rate rather than a group rate.
Went looking for wedding block info here and came up empty, nothing on their site and no wedding related reviews turned up. Reviews describe a stylish downtown hotel with a strong rooftop bar and attentive housekeeping and bar staff, though one guest complained about paying over $350 a night with no free parking, and another found hair on the floor and the room not fully clean. Would call the group sales line directly to ask about block terms.
Reviews suggest north of $350/night
no site pricing pulled up, their site kept failing to load for me, so going off a review mentioning $350+ a night with parking extra, actual block rate would come from sales
read through a bunch of reviews on this one and it's mostly love, one couple said they had a great stay near a red rocks show and gave a shoutout to a bartender named ryan, another guest specifically praised a housekeeper named fabiola for going above and beyond lol. not everyone loved it tho, one review said $350+ a night with no free parking is rough especially when the room felt as basic as a $100 hotel and they found hair on the floor. rooftop bar sounds cute but a review said it's tiny
