they clearly do more than weddings, one review was a high level CEO networking event with a full charcuterie board plus a bunch of apps and dessert, reviewer said silver spoons even arranged the plates and cutlery THEY bought into a nice display which is a nice touch. menu wise their spread includes stuff like ceviche tostadas, hot honey fried chicken sliders, braised short rib and colorado trout, plus stations for panini, mac n cheese, bao buns and street tacos per a regional guide, so there's real range beyond a standard buffet look
