-review says claire (director of ops) was recommended by 3 separate venues before the couple even called, all 3 recs turned out right -2026 review says a vail wedding got several guest comments about best food they've ever had at a wedding plus presentation compliments -another couple says they'd get married again just for an excuse to eat this food lol, high praise -farm to table focus, they grow their own produce per the site

this is a boutique farm to table caterer out of longmont/boulder, chef grant grows his own produce and raises livestock which is a fun detail. a regional guide says they cover a huge range of colorado, denver, boulder, fort collins, estes park all the way out to steamboat, vail, aspen, telluride and crested butte. they book tastings at their own farmside studio kitchen instead of a generic test kitchen which is kind of a cool touch
