No wedding block rate published. Per a review, breakfast isn't included and runs $10 for kids and $12-14 per adult, and one reviewer said rates seem to fluctuate hour by hour on their own booking site. Standard Hilton brand attrition structure (90-95 percent, per reddit) would apply to any signed block.
- Breakfast NOT included: $10 kids, $12-14 adults per a review, and they called it not worth the money after trying it once - A different reviewer noted rates change hour by hour which makes budgeting tricky - No published block discount anywhere - Lobby has a nice fireplace and elegant decor per a 5 star holiday stay review
Reviews call it pricier than expected, no block rate on file
No block terms found, going off reviews only, one calling it a bit expensive.
someone slipped in the shower here bc there was no bath mat provided, reported it right away and got one but said the damage (a fall on her side) was already done, she even emailed the manager afterward asking about filing an incident report which is a pretty serious complaint. on the plus side a holiday stay review called the lobby clean, quiet and elegant with a nice fireplace. another review said it felt more upscale than other garden inns they'd stayed at, closer to a step up for the price, so its a mixed bag.

No property specific block info. Per brand-level reddit, Hilton properties do signed agreements with around 90-95 percent attrition, and colorado couples on reddit generally warn blocks often under fill so read any contract carefully.
-per reddit, most co wedding room blocks don't fill as expected so be cautious signing an attrition agreement -this is a hilton brand property so expect the standard signed contract structure -a review flagged thin walls (could hear banging next door), a broken bathroom fan, and train track noise at night, worth mentioning to guests who are light sleepers -no rate or block terms published so you'd need to go straight to group sales
