cant find a posted block rate for this location. per reddit the brand generally runs group blocks on a signed attrition agreement (90-95%ish), so real numbers only come from their sales contact
its dog friendly which is cool if guests are bringing pets to the wedding, one review said they've stayed twice for that reason. but same review mentioned lots of indoor construction both times and issues w the starbucks in the lobby, so maybe give guests a heads up if noise is a concern during a wedding weekend stay

One reviewer said they could not reach anyone by phone a week before their stay to confirm a reservation, then got hit with a surprise $50 parking charge at checkin. Another review separately complained about paying for gated valet parking with cameras, calling it an unusual arrangement for a Marriott. Worth clarifying parking costs upfront if you're planning a group stay here.
