No published block program. Per reddit threads on Colorado hotel blocks in general, most don't fill as expected and couples are advised against signing an attrition agreement unless confident, and Hilton brand properties like this one typically use a signed contract with 90-95 percent attrition.
-downtown location on historic main street, walk to boutiques & restaurants per a 3 star review -hilton silver members reportedly get a little extra attention at the front desk per that same review -no block rate anywhere, this would be a group sales conversation -per reddit, most co wedding blocks under fill so read any attrition clause carefully before signing

No block pricing published anywhere. Hilton-brand chain policy per reddit is a signed agreement with attrition around 90-95 percent, so actual rate and terms would come from group sales.
- Block terms: not published anywhere on their site - Per a reddit rundown on Hilton/Marriott blocks in CO expect a signed agreement, attrition usually 90-95 percent of rooms - Location: downtown on Historic Main Street, walkable to boutiques and restaurants per a 3 star review - No rate quoted here, budget with group sales direct
No rate posted, standard chain pricing presumably
Couldn't get the hotel's site to load, going off reviews only. A 4-star review mentions a recent partial freshening with some maintenance issues remaining (swelling door frame, some grime in the shower), and a 1-star flagged mold and a bad remodel job, so ask about recent renovation status before booking a block.
reviews are kinda mixed on this one lol, one lady said its basically fine but noted the bathroom door frame is swelling from water damage and theres some black stuff in the shower, and a 1 star review went way harder calling the remodel a spray paint job over a rusty car (their words not mine) with mold in the room. another person wasnt even a guest but overheard someone getting charged like $15 to park and an outlandish pet fee at checkin, so double check all the fees before setting up a block here.
