review of a wedding at Camp Hale Weddings, no numbers cited, industry association mention also has no pricing
Service region: Denver, Boulder, Vail, Aspen, Colorado Springs and beyond
-a review from a wedding at camp hale weddings says the petite chile relleno appetizer was the best bite guests had in a long time -same review said dinner service came out hot and efficient w/ staff serving in unison, called it impeccable -separate mention: the colorado wedding industry professional association booked them for one of their own events, planner-to-planner recognition that's worth something
Buffet runs about $60+pp, plated about $75+pp per a wedding pricing guide
a third party wedding pricing guide lists buffet starting around $60 per person and plated starting around $75 per person, no numbers confirmed directly on their own site which stays quote based, operating since 1996, also offers decor and picnic add-ons
Service region: Denver, Boulder, Vail, Aspen, Colorado Springs and beyond
- Pricing: a wedding cost guide puts them at roughly $60+ per person for buffet and $75+ for plated service, their own site keeps it all custom quote though - Been operating since 1996 and serves Denver plus Boulder, Vail, Aspen and Colorado Springs - They design menus around a company or couple's story rather than off a set list, and also offer decor and picnic setups as add ons
no quote pulled - review describes stations service for a june wedding, no dollar figure
review of a june 2024 wedding, no pricing mentioned
Service region: Denver, Boulder, Vail, Aspen, Colorado Springs and beyond
found a review from a june 2024 wedding where the couple got recommended by their planner and said CBD came to the intro meeting already prepped with ideas, they asked about food memories to help build the menu which is a nice touch. the couple ended up going with stations for their reception. sounds like a pretty guided, hands on planning process from the jump rather than picking off a set menu.
