no published nightly rate or block terms for this specific property, going off the general marriott brand info from reddit which says 90-95% attrition is standard once you sign a block agreement, so this hotel would be the same deal presumably but confirm with their sales team

reviews on this one are kinda rough tbh, one guest called it depressing and said the building needs modernizing even though staff were nice, another had a whole saga where they requested a sofa bed room in advance and the booking system kept erroring out then the hotel just wouldnt help once they got there. one nicer review mentioned lovely mountain views from a first floor room though so it's not all bad, just manage expectations
