one review i found was from someone who'd literally never had bison before at 33 years old lol and said it was amazing, owner came by to check on the table which was a nice touch. another review from the fuel and iron location said service was good and toppings were fresh but flagged it as pretty expensive and said the buns werent super fresh. nothing wedding specific in the reviews i saw, just general food quality stuff
