-catered a full wedding weekend (two breakfasts, appetizers, reception dinner) in 2024, review said the scope proved overwhelming for the team & there was a food shortage at the reception w/ some miscommunication on timing -different review (2021, non wedding) praised a winter solstice party spread incl a handcrafted cheese ball snowman -also runs a cafe in durango now (quiche & soup called divine in a 2024 review)
