reviews here are honestly all over the place lol, one person said they got put in the wrong room AND had to deal with a broken elevator, on top of paying a lot for it, and another said the ac was loud and the manager got weirdly defensive when they asked to switch rooms. BUT a different reviewer said they've stayed multiple times over 3 years while their kid was at CSU and always got the same staff each time, called the food genuinely good and loves the 9th floor happy hour/breakfast spread. seems very dependent on which stay you get, worth reading recent reviews before locking in a block.
