found a wedding review where megan and the catering staff got called exceptionally accommodating on the actual wedding day, everything ran flawlessly per the couple, and separately someone else used them for a small day after brunch with just extended family and said setup and pickup was easy and food still looked great presented for a tiny group. also a corporate events person from denver center for performing arts said serendipity is her preferred vendor over every other caterer she's worked with, for whatever that's worth
