- Listed as a group-services / room-block-capable property on a Denver wedding-block directory site - No property specific discount percentage published anywhere - Valet runs $63-66/day, self-park about $39/day, guests should budget for that separately from any room rate - 1892 landmark hotel, historic character per google's own summary
No quote provided
No wedding block rate published, group sales contact needed; $14.95/night wifi fee reported separately from room rate per a Denver-metro pricing note.
-one reviewer got lost finding their room on the 8th floor, said there's no signage for which of the 3 hallways to take & room numbers aren't linear -historic 1892 building, google calls it a lauded landmark w/ old world decor -high tea & a spa are advertised features -no wedding block specific info found anywhere, so a call to their group sales desk would be needed
Didn't get a quote
No block rate published on their own site, and reviews here are honestly pretty rough lately, so a real quote and possibly a site visit before committing a group of guests is worth it.
found a review about booking afternoon tea for a mother in law's 80th birthday where staff gave conflicting info about what they do for birthdays, ended up with just a dropped off cupcake instead of what was promised. another reviewer complained about rude valet service and paying $66 to park, on top of staff going through their car looking for a phone charger and bringing back the wrong one. rough experience for what's supposed to be a landmark hotel, so temper expectations
