a 2018 wedding review said laurie was extremely responsive start to finish and gave them a great price compared to other much more expensive caterers they'd looked at, a 2020 wedding review said laurie helped formulate a ton of the wedding details beyond just food (including letting them do an extra tasting for a mexican buffet option) and called their prices fair and transparent even through some pandemic related changes, a separate non wedding review praised a bbq buffet they did for a military homecoming/engagement event
