no rate info in reviews either, this is purely on quality and experience
-one reviewer hosting a customer conference here called staff professional and said the team made a multi day event feel effortless -a different guest gave 1 star, said their unit had a strong odor resembling animals and the whole place felt musty, warned people with allergies to be careful -a 5 star review called it a hidden gem in lionshead, short walk to the gondola, staff chased them down at the airport to return a lost wallet

site mentions a group package flyer PDF for holidays but it was not accessible, no rates listed otherwise, parking is 1 space per condo with extra parking at the Lionshead garage or Red Sandstone across the highway
this is condo style not a normal hotel, first unit apparently sold for $29k back in 1973 which is a fun fact but useless for pricing today lol. there is a group package pdf linked on their meetings and events page for holidays but it would not open for me, so no clue what the actual group rate looks like, guessing you would have to call sales directly for a wedding block
