This is the University of Colorado's own catering operation out of the UMC, and they will do off campus weddings and receptions in addition to campus events. One reviewer described attending a friend's wedding reception in a UMC banquet hall after a rooftop ceremony and called it a nice space with great photos. A couple of lower rated reviews complain about how hard the student staff are worked, worth knowing since it is a university run kitchen rather than an independent catering company.
