there's a rough review on here worth knowing about. a couple's original pizza caterer cancelled on them and they called wes at stoke in a panic, he seemed horrified for them and said he'd help. fast forward to their venue walkthrough in june and wes told them within 10 minutes that he actually couldn't cater their wedding after all, so heads up on confirming closer to the date if you book them. that said a separate review said the wood fired pizza, apps, salad and desserts were all great and they handled dietary restrictions fine for a different wedding, so results seem mixed
